Now more than ever, Howard County General Hospital needs your support and partnership. Your gift may be designated to one of the funds listed below.

Greatest Need
Donations allow HCGH to funnel resources where they are most needed, addressing critical and dynamic needs in our community and delivering the promise of health.

COVID-19: Caring for our Caregivers
Our dedicated caregivers have been serving on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your gift supports HCGH staff resiliency and care, funding meals, an onsite food pantry, respite areas throughout the hospital, and our newest initiative, the HCGH Recharge Room.

Claudia Mayer/Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center (CMTBCRC)
Your gift funds support services for cancer patients, survivors, and their caregivers including counseling, support groups, aesthetic services, and complementary medicine services.

NICU
Your gift supports the hospital’s tiniest patients and their families in HCGH’s level III+ Lundy Family Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), funding state of the art technology and equipment needed to give premature babies the specialized care they need.

Breast Center

The Breast Center at Howard County General Hospital is undergoing an expansion in order to create a comprehensive, high quality and convenient breast health service center, all in one place. The newly envisioned breast center will include an expansion of the current space as well as the addition of a surgeon, a nurse navigator, a part-time nurse practitioner, a medical assistant, and a part-time genetic counselor. Expanding the breast health services at HCGH gives patients access to Johns Hopkins quality care close to home.
