COVID giving

Howard County General Hospital

COVID-19 Response

Our team at Howard County General Hospital has been serving on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic for more than two years. They are strong, determined, and incredibly dedicated. But this is physically and emotionally devastating work, and the continuous COVID admissions, continued volume of regular medical emergencies and significant staffing shortages are taking their toll. Our caregivers need the support of our community, now more than ever.

We are grateful to the thousands of individuals, businesses, neighborhoods, and all those who have so generously donated to our community hospital during the pandemic. You stepped forward and answered the call for help.

Now, we ask for your continued support. Your donation supports the health and well-being of our staff, providing the resources and care they need as they care for patients. With the generous support of our community, we are able to provide our staff with meals, care packages, stress relief kits, staff respite areas, seated massages, and a food pantry, in addition to scholarships and additional pay for crisis staffing.
